  • Sea Salt
  • Cream of tartar
  • Maritime Pine extract
  • Reishi extract
  • Shiitake extract
  • Acerola juice


Purpose

  • Sodium: Supports hormone balance and water regulation*
  • Cream of tartar: Potassium naturally occurring
  • Shiitake: Containing choline and naturally occuring B vitamins. Choline to help with bile production and B vitamins to provide the body with nutrients from a whole food form*
  • Acerola Juice: Bringing a rich source of whole food vitamin C to help the antioxidants and collagen production*
  • Maritime Pine: A secondary source of whole food vitamin C that can help with mental clarity and circulation*
  • Reishi: Rich in a variety of nutrients but it’s known for the calming effects it can have on the body and adrenal support*


Directions

Mix 3/4 tsp (2g) into 250 mL water. Take twice a day or as directed by a healthcare professional. Most effective when taken on an empty stomach between 10am-2pm.

I am loving this electrolyte. I live in a hot climate and have found that taking this regularly has helped me feel better supported and hydrated or even taking before or after my workouts! The earthy flavour of the Salty Fashioned is hands down my absolute favourite too.
