Are the products safe for pregnancy?

While there is no pregnancy warning label, and we believe everything to be safe, it's best that you consult your health care provider before taking the supplements.

When will my order be shipped?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible within 3-4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once your order has been shipped, it can take up to 10 business days to arrive if you're in Canada. If you're outside of Canada, it can take 10+ days. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Shipping delays due to unforeseen events are out of our control and we are not responsible for this. Please check the status of your shipment with your tracking number provided.

I have a shop or would like to purchase in bulk.

If you have a shop and would like to sell our products or you are looking to make a large order, please contact us first. Depending on the amount, we will cover the shipping and get it to you.

Do you ship outside of Canada and the US?

Shipments are only going to Canada and the US at the moment, but if you live elsewhere, you can send us an email if you are looking to purchase 10 or more items at once. You can email us at hello@drnkneat.com

How much does shipping cost?

Within Canada and the US, shipping is a flat rate of $25 CAD. If you spend over $130 CAD, shipping is free.

If you live elsewhere, shipping is a flat rate of $50 CAD. If you spend over $230 CAD, shipping is free.

What is the return policy?

To be eligible for a return, the product must have been delivered within the last 30 days, the product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and you must have your proof of purchase from us. Products that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for a return. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. How long is the commitment to a subscription purchase?
