SHIPPING

Orders over $130 CAD ship for free, economy shipping for Canadian and US customers. If you are ordering from the UK, free shipping applies for orders over $220 CAD.

All orders are shipped within 3-4 business days. Once an order has been shipped it can take up to 10 business days to arrive. If you're outside of Canada, it can take 10+ days to arrive.

US Orders: Transit times quoted are estimates only and not a guaranteed service. Please note: US orders may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by the US government, which are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are determined by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection and collected by the courier (e.g. UPS) before delivery.
Any tariffs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be paid for by DrnkNeat.

Subscription orders: You will be billed every one to three months depending on the plan chosen. Your product(s) will be shipped within 3-4 business days after the successful payment. Failed payments can result in shipment delays.

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delays, damage, or loss during transit rests with the shipping carrier. We are unable to replace or refund orders lost by the shipping provider unless Shipping Protection has been added at checkout. Customers may purchase optional Shipping Protection for 5% of the order total, which ensures that if a package is lost or damaged in transit, a replacement order will be sent at no additional cost.

DUTIES & TAXES

Applicable duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated and collected at checkout where available. Customers should not be charged additional customs fees upon delivery for eligible shipments. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities outside of our control.

RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a return, please confirm that: 

The product was delivered within the last 30 days.

The product is unopened, in its original packaging.

You have the packing slip, order confirmation or proof of purchase from www.drnkneat.com

Products that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for return. 

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

By signing up for a subscription, you agree to a minimum of one additional recurring payment after your initial purchase. You can request a cancellation after this time by writing to hello@drnkneat.com.
